Weenie Roast goes on sale Wednesday

Just a quick note, in case you haven’t heard: Tickets for KROQ’s annual Weenie Roast, this Saturday (May 17) at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine, go on sale at 5 p.m. Wednesday. Price: $65 for seats, $55 for lawn. Lineup, if you’ve forgotten: Metallica, the Offspring, the Raconteurs, Rise Against, Bad Religion, Pennywise, Flogging Molly, several more.

BUT …

You can only buy online.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send Ben to review this show and not the other guy! i want to hear as much smack talk about this one that we possibly can! KROQ has been rapidly sliding backwards in the last 3-6 months so when i heard the lineup i wasn’t that surprised but wow.

i knew it would be bad but not THIS bad. i think theres been less than 5 really good weenie roast lineups ever. this one here is bottom of the barrel.

oh and the new offspring song reminds me of weird al
